How to enjoy our squishies safely?
Squish Attack products are intended for sensory play and entertainment. Squishy Safety Rules:
- Squishies are for squeezing and playing only.
- Do not cut, tear, puncture, or open squishies.
- Do not put squishies in a microwave, oven, dryer, or any other heating device.
- Do not heat, freeze, burn, or expose squishies to extreme temperatures.
- Do not add water, liquids, chemicals, or other substances to squishies.
- Keep squishies away from flames, hot surfaces, and direct heat.
- If a squishy becomes damaged, leaks, or breaks open, stop using it and dispose of it safely.
- Keep squishies away from small children and pets, as pieces can be a choking hazard.
- Never eat or put squishy material in your mouth.
Can I wash my squishy?
We recommend gently wiping your squishy with a slightly damp cloth and allowing it to dry naturally. Do not soak or submerge it unless the specific product instructions state otherwise.
Does a new squishy have a smell?
Some products may have a temporary manufacturing or packaging smell when first opened. We recommend allowing the product to air out in a well-ventilated area before use.
If you experience skin irritation or discomfort, discontinue use.
How durable are squishies?
Squishies are designed to be squeezed, but they are not indestructible. Pulling, biting, cutting, puncturing, or excessive stretching can damage the product.
Do products look exactly like the pictures?
We do our best to show our products accurately. Minor differences in colour, texture, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing batches.

We currently deliver across Lebanon, subject to delivery coverage in your area.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume. We'll provide the estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed.
Do you offer payment through card?
Currently, Squish Attack accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Payment must be made in full upon delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and send us photos/videos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and help you with the next steps.
