We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.

1. Delivery Area

Squish Attack currently delivers within Lebanon only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Should we expand our delivery coverage in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Orders are processed during our regular business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Method

All orders are delivered through an independent third-party courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handled by our delivery partner until it reaches your delivery address.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location within Lebanon.

While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Traffic conditions
Weather
Public holidays
Operational delays
Remote delivery locations
Force majeure events

5. Shipping Fees

Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery location or promotional offers.

From time to time, Squish Attack may offer free shipping promotions, which will be subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Customers are required to pay the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that the correct payment amount is available to help facilitate a smooth delivery.

7. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

Please ensure that the following details are correct:

Full name
Mobile phone number
Complete delivery address
Any delivery instructions that may assist the courier

Squish Attack is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to:

the customer being unavailable;
an incorrect address;
failure to answer calls or messages;
refusal to accept the order;

the courier may attempt redelivery where possible.

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled.

9. Refused Orders

If a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason after it has been dispatched, Squish Attack reserves the right to:

refuse future Cash on Delivery orders;
require advance payment for future purchases if online payment methods become available;
decline future orders where repeated refusals occur.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage customers to inspect their package as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you believe your order has arrived damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days and provide photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Risk of Loss

Ownership and responsibility for the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Once delivery has been completed, Squish Attack is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter.
